Scope of Services
- Develop
Client Position Description: Based on the Client's
criteria, The Hunt Group will assist in developing a position
description to include specific requirements, experience, technical
skills, education, and certifications.
- Define
Search Parameters:
We will research and evaluate sources and means for recruitment
of placeable candidates meeting specific position requirements.
- Provide
Client Requirements:
When required, requirements will be highlighted and provided to
managers and other individuals involved in the hiring process.
- Evaluate
Candidates:
The Hunt Group will identify candidates that meet the specific
requirements and further screen the individuals to meet the
specifics of the position.
- Develop
First Interview: We will supply the available candidates
to the Client and arrange for the first initial contact of interview
between the parties.
- Coordinate
Second and Third Interviews:
This scheduled meeting may consist of a physical interview with
a hiring source and candidate. We will debrief the parties involved,
evaluate, and answer questions. (References are secure and provided
to the Client.)
- Extend
Offer to The Hunt Group Candidate: We will prepare
jointly with the Client the offer for employment, and present
offers to the candidate; conducting further negotiations as
needed.
- Letter
of Acceptance: We will assist with the preparation of
the letter of acceptance to the candidate that outlines the specifics
of the position, salary benefits, relocation, start date, etc.
- Continued
Support: The Hunt Group will provide guidance to the
Candidate with their letter of resignation, emotional, and relocation
support.
